Privacy Principles

Your privacy is very important to us. At BTM Organizing we have a few fundamental principles that we follow:

Comments and other content submitted to Akismet anti-spam service are not saved on our servers unless they were marked as false positives, in which case we store them long enough to use them to improve the service to avoid future false positives.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”)

BTM Organizingrespects the intellectual property rights of others. Per the DMCA, BTM Organizing will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement on the Site if submitted to BTM Organizing‘s Copyright Agent as described below. Upon receipt of a notice alleging copyright infringement, BTM Organizing will take whatever action it deems appropriate within its sole discretion, including removal of the allegedly infringing materials and termination of access for repeat infringers of copyright protected content.

If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated by BTM Organizing or by a third party who has uploaded materials to our website, please provide the following information to the designated Copyright Agent listed below:

BTM Organizing may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event BTM Organizing removes the allegedly infringing materials, BTM Organizing will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that BTM Organizing removed or disabled access to the materials. BTM Organizing may also provide the responsible person with your email address so that the person may respond to your allegations.

Although most changes are likely to be minor, BTM Organizing may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and in BTM Organizing’s sole discretion.
